This Privacy Policy explains how StarGutti ("StarGutti," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the StarGutti mobile game, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use StarGutti, we may collect:

• Account information: your name, username, email address or phone number, public Gamer ID, profile image or avatar, and authentication information.
• Gameplay information: matches, moves, wins, losses, rankings, scores, achievements, league participation, rewards, and player statistics.
• Online and social information: matchmaking status, online presence, opponent information, and reports related to suspected abuse or unfair play.
• Reward and payment records: league eligibility, prize amounts, payout status, and payment details you provide when needed to process a reward. Do not submit payment information unless requested through an official StarGutti channel.
• Device and technical information: device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, identifiers, crash data, diagnostics, and security logs.
• Communications: messages and information you send when requesting support, reporting a problem, or contacting us.
• Website data: basic server logs and information stored through cookies or similar technologies, if used.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Services; create and secure accounts; operate multiplayer matchmaking, rankings, leagues, rewards, and payouts; personalize gameplay; provide support; detect cheating, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; improve performance and features; deliver and measure advertising where enabled; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and third-party services

StarGutti may use third-party service providers for advertising, analytics, hosting, authentication, crash reporting, or payment support. These providers may process device identifiers, IP addresses, app activity, diagnostics, or other information under their own privacy policies. Advertising providers may use information to serve, limit, and measure ads, subject to your device settings and applicable law.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information:

• With service providers that operate features on our behalf and are required to protect the information.
• With other players, where your public profile, Gamer ID, avatar, rank, statistics, and match results are part of the game experience.
• To comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests.
• To protect players, our rights, and the security or integrity of the Services.
• As part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the Services, subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating accounts, maintaining game integrity, resolving disputes, processing rewards, meeting legal or accounting duties, and preventing fraud. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your login credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

7. Your choices and rights

You may update certain profile information in the app and manage advertising or permissions through your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your personal information. To delete your StarGutti account and associated data, follow the instructions on our Delete Account page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

8. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age required where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

9. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by another reasonable method.
